Spring Fever? Us Too! Here's How to Get Garden-Ready Now

It’s finally here—that feeling we wait for all winter long. The sun is peeking out more often, the snow is melting (finally!), and we’ve got that unmistakable itch to dig in the dirt. Yep, spring fever has officially arrived—and if you're anything like me, you're already dreaming of blooms, fresh veggies, and long afternoons in the garden.

But here’s the thing—it might be just a little too early to start planting outdoors. So what do we do in the meantime?

Let me share a few ways I’m getting garden-ready right now—and how you can too.

🧹 1. Clean Your Pots

Old dirt can harbor pests and diseases. Give your pots a good scrub with mild soap and water, and let them dry in the sun. Bonus: it’s incredibly satisfying.

🧰 2. Sharpen Your Tools

Nothing says “seasoned gardener” like well-maintained tools. Now’s the perfect time to clean, oil, and sharpen your pruners, trowels, and shears.

📝 3. Make a Garden Plan

What do you want to grow this year? Where will it go? Mapping out your garden now saves time and gives you something to look forward to—plus, we’re happy to help you brainstorm ideas and pick the perfect plants.

🌱 4. Bring Spring Indoors

While we wait for warmer soil, you can still get your hands dirty. Indoor houseplants are a beautiful way to kick off the season and bring some life back into your home. (P.S. All houseplants are 25% off this week!)

🎉 Celebrating 25 Years of Growth

This year is extra special—Harmony Gardens is celebrating 25 years of serving our community with plants, gifts, and joy. Just like the seasons, we’re changing too. Starting Summer 2025, we’ll be open seasonally or by appointment. That means this spring will be full of exciting sales, events, and fresh energy—and we can’t wait to share it with you.

So let’s get ready to bloom together. 🌸
Stop in this week—Monday through Friday, 11 AM to 4 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM—or make an appointment that fits your schedule.

We’ve changed, and so have you. Let’s grow into this new season—brighter than ever.
